After the 30/04/2018 a first offence with a BAC reading of between .05% and .069% will result in 3 months loss of license and an interlock order for 6 months.
A BAC reading of .07% or over will result in 6 months loss of license and an interlock order for 6 months.
After the 30/04/2018 a subsequent offence or a second offence with a BAC reading up to .149% will result in loss of license double that of the BAC reading (eg: BAC of .11% will result in 22 months loss of license) and an interlock order for 12 months.
A BAC reading of .15% or higher will result in an interlock order for 4 years.
