Awareness Driver Education Pty. Ltd. has a number of services and products to assist people with drink driving convictions. Completing an Accredited Drink Drive Behavioral Change Program is required by law in many instances or otherwise recommended depending on the circumstances.
From 11 October 2006 all drink driving offenders with a BAC reading of 0.07 or more will be required to obtain a Licence Restoration Order before their licence can be re-issued.
Alcohol interlocks were introduced on 1st January 2007 for first time drink driving offenders under 26 years of age or on their probationary licence. They are required to fit these devices once they are re-licensed.
